To safeguard your rights, we provide the following refund and exchange policy.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Upon delivery of the goods, please inspect them promptly.
If you find any of the following issues, please notify us in writing via email (service@vstled.com) within 30 days from the date of delivery:
- The goods were damaged in transit
- The goods were incorrectly shipped
- The goods are defective due to faulty materials or factory workmanship.
If you fail to notify us within this period, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as when received
- Unworn or unused
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
We are not obliged to accept any returns without an authorized return number (RMA).
Return Shipping and Handling Fees
- For non–product-quality issues (e.g., personal reasons, incorrect size or color choice), the customer is responsible for: return shipping costs, and a 5% handling fee of the refund transaction amount.
- For product-quality issues (e.g., defective items, incorrect shipments, or damage in transit), we will provide free return shipping and no handling fee will be charged.
Color Differences
Please note that product colors may vary slightly from the images due to lighting, color temperature, and display settings.
The actual product should be regarded as the standard. Thank you for your understanding.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the replacement item.
Refunds
Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for return processing.
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.
- Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
