Shipping Policies

The Seller will take all reasonable measures to safeguard the goods provided to the Buyer against loss, damage or destruction.

Refund / Return Policy
Eligible items may be refunded or returned if the Buyer notifies the Seller within 30 days from the date of purchase. The Buyer must contact the Seller via email at Marketing@vstled.com, or through the customer account page on the website to initiate a return. Not all products are eligible for return. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled prior to payment processing. Once payment has been processed, the Buyer is obligated to complete the payment.
Complaints
All complaints regarding products or the Seller shall be submitted to our support team via email: Marketing@vstled.com. Resolution is not guaranteed. Each complaint will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the Seller will follow up accordingly.
Legal Provisions
Upon the Buyer’s receipt of the goods or services, the Seller shall not be liable for any health or safety issues arising thereafter. The Seller assumes no responsibility for any injury or harm sustained by the Buyer resulting from use of the purchased items.
Any disputes arising out of the use of this website shall be governed by the laws of the state where the website owner resides.
