Warranty Policy
VST Lighting warranties the Device to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, provided that the product is used in a home environment and according to User Manual. The warranty excludes defects caused by misuse or neglect or arising from wear and tear and applies only to Devices bought directly from VST Lighting.
If you find the Device to be defective, you are obligated to follow the Defect Complaint Return Procedure. A defective Device meeting the warranty conditions set forth herein will be replaced or repaired at no charge.
We make no warranty that the Services or Products will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness or reliability of any Content.
