Shipping Destinations
VST currently ships orders to the United States and Canada.
(Please note that some products may be restricted due to local/state regulations, hazardous materials, oversized items, or addresses that certain carriers cannot deliver to.)
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total order amount.
Shipping fees are based on your order value as follows:
- For orders between $0.01 and $10.00, the shipping fee is $4.99.
- For orders between $10.01 and $30.00, the shipping fee is $6.99.
- For orders between $30.01 and $40.00, the shipping fee is $8.99.
- For orders between $40.01 and $50.00, the shipping fee is $10.99.
- For orders of $50.01 and above, shipping is free ✅
Note: Standard delivery takes approximately 3–8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to high order volume, weather, or carrier delays.
Taxes and Import Duties
Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or fees applicable to their shipments.
These charges will be displayed before placing your order.

Order Processing Time
- Orders for in-stock items placed before 3:00 PM PT (Monday–Friday) are usually shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM PT or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
- For custom or made-to-order products, shipping occurs within 24 hours after production is complete.
Delivery Schedule
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
We do not ship or deliver on weekends or U.S. public holidays, including:
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and all other U.S. Postal holidays.
Carrier and Logistics
VST partners with Amazon Logistics for fulfillment.
Amazon selects the best available carrier to ensure fast and reliable delivery to your address.
Multiple Items in One Order
Whenever possible, we ship all your items together.
However, some products may be shipped separately depending on warehouse locations or product type.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information for each package.
Order Changes and Address Corrections
Once your order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
However, you may cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it and reorder with the correct details.
Please note:
- Orders canceled more than 1 hour after purchase may incur return shipping fees.
- If an incorrect address is provided and the package is lost or undeliverable, the customer will bear the loss. VST cannot issue a refund or replacement in such cases.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we strive for timely delivery, unexpected delays can occur due to weather, transportation issues, customs inspections, or peak seasons.

Incorrect or Missing Items
