Shipping is free on all orders shipped to the US and Canada

Do I need to pay extra taxes?

Customers are responsible for paying any relevant import duties and taxes applicable to their shipments. These fees will be charged to you by us prior to placing your order. How long does delivery take?

We ship anywhere in the United States and Canada from Monday to Friday. For international orders, contact our customer service team. (We do not ship on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and all other US Postal holidays.)

【Order processing time】
We strive to ensure that orders for in-stock items placed before 3:00 PM PT ship the same day they are placed. For products we produce for you, we strive to ship within 24 hours of production completion.

【Order Shipping Time】
Under normal circumstances, it is 3-7 business days. (Note: The delivery time of pre-sale products is subject to the arrival time.) However, please note that there may be occasional delays in delivery due to factors beyond our control. We want to ensure transparency and provide you with the necessary information regarding delayed shipments.

During peak seasons or high order volume, there may be additional delivery delays due to factors like high order volumes, transportation disruptions, adverse weather conditions, and customs clearance procedures. We understand the importance of keeping you informed, so our customer service team is available to provide updates and estimated delivery timeframes. In the event of a delay, we will take appropriate actions to resolve the situation, such as providing order tracking, partial refunds, or alternative solutions. Where does VST ship to?

United States and Canada.
(Note: Shipping restrictions may apply to certain products due to factors such as local/state laws, hazmat materials, large or oddly shaped items, or specific address types that some carriers cannot deliver to.)

How will my delivery be shipped?

Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out VST products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route,but you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with accurate details.
Notes:
  • If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.
  • If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. VST will not replace the order or issue a refund.
