Today 15th Feb and parts arrived 12th Feb, advised that the parts recieved was not the parts that I placed the order. Have sent a three emails to the service email but no reply. What I had ordered via the website was LD41-12V-WL-A and what arrived is LD41-12V-W. thus not the same as I was using.
I had a defect in my bedside lamp, because I connected an overly strong charger to my bedside lamp. Because I really like the bedside lamps from VST, I looked up the supplier in China on the web. Despite the language difference and the fact that they are actually more like a wholesaler, they really did everything to send a single transformer to the Netherlands.
