When both doors are closed, the light will turn off. It features an ID sensor and is workable with both 12VDC and 24VDC, which are the most common input voltage for most under cabinet LED lights. The switch comes with a 12V JST male and female connector that can work with both 12V and 24V lights. However, note that if you want to connect 24V lights, you will need to cut the connector and connect them by hardwired.
